Do I need an account to use bubbles?
No, you can use it instantly as a Guest. However, Guest notes are only stored on your device. We strongly recommend creating an account to sync your notes and prevent data loss if you lose your phone or delete the app.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic (Free): Includes ads, 2 AI deep assist calls/day, 5 auto-reminders/day, and no voice transcription.
Pro: Removes all ads, gives you unlimited AI usage, unlimited reminders, and full Voice-to-Text capabilities.

How do AI Auto-Reminders work?
Just type naturally. If you write "Call John tomorrow at 10am", bubbles's AI detects the time and intent, and automatically schedules a system notification for you. Basic users have 5 of these automatic detections per day.
Why did the AI stop replying to me?
If you are on the Basic plan, you might have hit your daily limit (2 deep assistance calls) or the conversation length limit (10 messages). These limits reset every day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
Can I subscribe without creating an account?
Yes! Subscriptions are handled by Apple and linked to your Apple ID. You can enjoy Pro features instantly without registering an email with us.
Is bubbles available on Android or Web?
Currently, bubbles is an iOS exclusive. We focus 100% on providing the best experience for iPhone users.
How does Voice-to-Text work?
Available for Pro users. Simply tap the microphone icon, speak your idea, and our engine will transcribe it into a perfectly formatted text note automatically.
I bought Pro but still see ads. Why?
This can happen if the app loses sync with the App Store. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases within the app to refresh your status immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We cannot cancel it for you as we don't have access to your Apple ID. Please go to iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > bubbles > Cancel Subscription.
Are my notes encrypted?
Yes. Notes on your device are protected by iOS sandboxing. Notes synced to the cloud (for registered users) are encrypted in transit and at rest.
